Joy Bailley

Cofounder and Chief Operating Officer

Native to Greenville, SC, Joy Bailley entered the field of mental health in 2013, bringing more than 20 years of management and human resources experience to her work helping to expand access to opioid use disorder treatment in South Carolina. Her early leadership at Carolina Treatment Centers fostered her passion for building programs that combine compassionate care with clinical excellence.

In 2024, Joy co-founded Ketamine Solutions to bring innovative, research-based mental health treatments to the community. She is passionate about offering patients new paths to healing through ketamine-assisted therapy and other advanced treatment options for depression and mood disorders. Joy believes in creating a supportive, calming environment where every patient feels valued, understood, and empowered in their journey toward wellness.

Joy lives in Simpsonville with her husband, Paul, and enjoys spending time with her family, including their two adult sons, Blane and Drew. She considers herself a foodie and loves exploring new restaurants, as well as hiking, working out, gardening, and traveling.
